I have been on Indiana Jones MANY times, but when I went on it during the 50th, I noticed it was REALLY rough and bumpy. I'm not completely sure on this, but has anyone else noticed if there is an increase in shaking on the ride?

Yeah, I read somewhere it has something to do with how old the suspension pads (I think it was the suspension pads?!) are on the vehicles. You feel more bumps as time goes on and the pads wear down - just like cars really. ;)

Yeah, I noticed. I was quite suprised too. It was cool... And our car stopped for a minute outside the dart corridor and in front of the rolling ball. It was great.

It's because it was a password for something and I thought it would be a good user name. I was SO WRONG!:icon_excl
My NEW User Name on all other sites but this one is really cool, DarkGhost!
I really wish I could change my name on my account, but I can't. I also don't want to go through registering again and starting over!:frown:

This is old news from around April-May sometime. I never really noticed a difference either way.

I like it more bumpy and rough because it give the ride more of a thrill and I raise my arms everytime except when I am in the drivers seat.

I rode in 2003 and it semed not as jerky as when I went in 2005. When I was there in 2003, we got to ride a second time without a line. The CM said that we didn't get the full experience so they let us exit out to the left instead of the right and they got us on the next car.

nothing can compare to what indy was like when it first opened in 95. it was extremely intense and bumpy- the scariest ride at DL in my opinion-
Then that woman CLAIMED to have gotten whip-lash from the ride, so it was taimed down. I have never been on indy and had it be as fast and jerky as when it first opened.

Indy was at one time 48' but was tamed back in the late 90's. However their has been discussion that they will make it more intense again.

I went last week, and noticed it was CONSIDERABLY more intense than when I rode it 3 years ago. I would say it's nearly as intense as it was on opening day.

when I was there in january the second day of my trip we went to Indy for yuor first ride we rode it and every thing felt normal but whne we were about to enter the hall of torment the car didn't do that high velocity turn in fact the car didn't shake at all through out the whole it it was a bummer. when we got back we told the cast member that the car didn't move She said "oh' and fixed the car but didn't get a re ride for the lack of the ride we had but it did'nt matter we had a fast pass so we just rode it again and it worked full y that time! ^.^
any way it's still not as bummby as it was back in 95 when it opened I just barley made the height requirment
