Personally, I would PM Chris and let him know what you have and he'll most likely instruct you how to upload it.

Your own personal space on VF typically isn't enough to house video files. However, if you'd like to submit something to the site for use within our Multimedia Guide, we're usually more than happy to oblige! Obviously the clip must be relevent. Please PM me for details.
