Whenever I try to open the play window, it comes up with the word "undefined" in a few places, and doesn't work. What's up with that?

Make sure you havep popup blockers OFF when using Live365. Also, check your security settings and set them to "MEDIUM" or "MEDIUM HIGH" or lower.

Also, check to be sure you have a java-enabled browser.

I don't know where to find my security settings, and it keeps saying "undefined"! I am frustrated.

What's a Java-enabled browser?

What's a Java-enabled browser?

If you're using Internet Explorer, click on the TOOLS tab, then click on INTERNET OPTIONS. Go into the ADVANCED tab and see if "Java VM" is enabled.

You also may want to visit
http://www.java.com/en/ and download the latest version of Java (free) since Windows XP does not come with Java built in because of a legal dispute between Sun Java and Microsoft.

VF radio also plays well in iTunes if you have that =D get the file off live365 and from then on you can just play Visions Fantastic Radio in your music library and not worry about loading a java page.

I would recommend using the live365.com help area. I have found it clear and useful in the past. I have even emailed them when my issue was not resolved through the web help and got a CORRECT answer within 24 hours.

Lucky... I e-mailed them once, and it took a week... I had forgotten about it then!
