mine has to be the matterhorn part where he says

REMAIN SEATED PLEASE, (-spanish part lol)
or some people on VF might say Remain seated please cinnamon toast ans tacos por favor

and i like the tiki room part of corse

-and when they say DEAD MEN TELL NO TALES
-and haunted mansion


OF CORSE when Tinkerbell flies, its a really a nice touch for the 50th

The entire show! I really think this show is amazing, from Julie ANdrews to Walts opening day speech, to Tinks new flight pattern, and all the cool projections! Everytime I see the show I cannot believe my eyes! It blows me away. I love how they edit the music together and how the many memories come back as I watch the show. If I have to pick though, I'll have to choose Tinks new flight pattern.:p

I love the whole show. But if I had to pick I love when the pirates sequence when the castle "battles" the matterhorn and cannon like fireworks go off. That part is way cool.

WOW! The whole show is so amazing! It makes me tear up every time I see it! There's no way I can pick just one part as my favorite. It's like asking someone to pick their favorite child. I don't know how they'll ever top this show. When I was there for the 17th people back home asked if they did anything special during the fireworks. I said "How could they do anything MORE special than what they already have?!!!) The show is AMAZING and I LOVE every little bit of it!

I like the overall show, but I really love the heart shaped fireworks they set off for the "Bride" portion of the Haunted Mansion fireworks. I first saw the fireworks from a distance, so I didn't know what the heart fireworks represented. When I saw them in the park and realized what they corresponded to, I cracked up!

I listened to this show & it's exit music "Remember When" in the car on the way to church this morning. It was a good thing I was driving myself because for one reason or another, I became seriously emotional. The lyrics in "Remember When" especially make me a serious basket case. So when I'm listening to the audio, that's the best part for me. Reminds me why I enjoy Disneyland such I guess. Such an optomistic look at life in general really. From what I've seen of today's world, I'll take every optomistic look I can get. Is it an escapist song? Maybe, but it doesn't have to be. The world would probably be better off if we all tried a bit to make what that song talks about really happen.

the very beginning is great, and the beginning of the Main Street part is fantastic. And the Indy part comes up out of nowhere, so it's just awsome (you can really feel the heat when those flames go up, though!). I love every part of it, I guess.

My favorite part is when the castle turns gold, fire shoots into the air and Mara appears against the Matterhorn, ending with the march from Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark. This is the tribute to the greatest Disneyland attraction of all time, Indiana Jones and the Temple of the Forbidden Eye!

my favorite part of the new show is the ending. simply because it is such a fitting ending for me anyway. See I always dreamed of working at disneyland and this summer the dream came true. One day on my day off i went to the park to catch the show. Julie Andrews saying Remember...Dreams Come True while the Wishes song played in the background as hundreds of fireworks exploded above. It really hit home that night...

I love the whole show. Listen to it all the time now. I'd have to say that I love the opening when Julie Andrews talks. I LOVE her! (Cried on the 5th when I saw her) I get all choked up just hearing her talk. I was the one, when I was a kid, to tell my brothers (I'm an only girl) "spit spot" Love her! I also like the Walt speech. Train (reminds me of being on it w/my bro). Rod Miller (he used ONE of my son's fingers and played out an entire song on the piano with him on his lap...so cool). MSEP. Cry every time. Fond memories w/bro. Love the vertical HM fireworks. Very cool. Love Matterhorn, permente sersentados (I think I spelled that right) por favor. Star Tours. Dang, the whole thing is just awesome. When you're my age, there are a lot of "remembers". It's just fabulous!

That is such a difficult question... the whole show is so awesome! Everytime I think I picked a favorite part, then I'm like "ohhh, I really like that other part too!"

But I choose the Pirates part for the survey... I really like that the Matterhorn "battles" the castle, that's pretty sweet.

Most people miss it because they're in the sea of humanity migrating toward Fantasmic or Tomorrowland or the exits & don't even recognize that they hear it. After "Remember When" comes that ear-wrenching exit music from "Wishes" which is a few minutes later when your mind can refocus on the ambient noise around you. Next time, keep an ear out for LeeAnn & you'll be plesantly surprised. :smile:

I agree. The whole show is very well done. I was very glad they included Adventure Thru Inner Space (even though it was only a short snippet) because that was always my favorite ride but I think the POTC part of the show is pretty incredible (that is what I voted for). The timing of the cannon fire from the Matterhorn with the soundtrack is very cool. I also love the shooting gallery part. Great effects.

ohhhh, I thought they meant she sings during the finale of the show, I understand now.
And, yes, I agree that people move too fast through DLR and miss out on a lot of the little things that make DIsneyland what it is.

I can't choose one favorite. The whole show was awsome! I feel so lucky I got to see it. I was there for 4 nights and it was only there the first night(Due to High Winds). I told my family I was not going to miss it and they were glad to see it too. We saved our place in front of the castle. Back at home we have watched my little home movie and my family likes the whole show too.

My favorite part has got to be Indy. Out of nowhere the opera Indy AHHHHHHHHHHHH AHHHHHHHHHHH stuff with the flames followed by Sullah "If you go into the chamber of destiny, don't look into the eyes of the idol!" Followed by the Raiders march.


After that would be the "Coooommmmeeee bbaaacccckkkkk" haunted mansion part with the heartbeat light effects. After that the matterhorn shelling frontierland is great! :D Oh, and Star Tours was a good one.

My favorite part is probably the tributes to Indy and the Main Street Electrical Parade. The first time I saw the show, my dad and I screamed out "YAY!!!" when the MSEP tribute came on.

I hate the fireworks. Well, I've never understood the appeal of fireworks in general, but I especially hate them at Disneyland because A. they're incredibly, annoyingly loud (I can hear them all the way from my apartment in Tustin, 10 miles away), and B. they cause nightmarish traffic problems. Getting across the Central Plaza becomes impossible.

These fireworks are incredible. Definitely worth whatever traffic problems they cause, IMO. I agree that the average 4th of July fireworks show (with just fireworks and nothing else) can get very boring. But this is a very different experience.

I think I love the opening with Julie Andrews the best. It was really nice walking through the park while the show started (or sitting by club buzz and watching from there :P) and hearing Julie Andrews introduce, I don't know why, but I think that's the best part of the show. But, from a pyrotechnic point of view, the Toontown bit was probably my favorite, it's definitely one of the most impressive parts of the show.
