Music Spliceing Program

hi everybody does anybody knwo a high quality music spliceing program

it's not high quality, but I find it very useful to splice up music and make new mixes...it's called Music Maker....o but I also used this other program for a film class, that's called Acid Pro...if you go to their website you can download a sample version to try out

Apple Logic Pro is pretty high quality ;).
I've just used Garageband for the most part.

Macs are the only way to go. I have even used FCP to splice and rework songs and voice overs. Very easy to do.
