If you could take anything from Disneyland home...

My dad asked me this question yesterday and I thought it would fit well here. So you can take anything you want from Disneyland with no consequences and the only exception is it can't be a whole attraction. So you could have a splash mountain log in your backyard, but not the whole mountain. Got it? If you want, you could add a why as well. Oh and it can be past or present things. So you people mover fans could have a people mover car somewhere. Have fun. :icon_lol: :smile:

An Autopia car would be cool, great idea. Although having a PPM car placed in front of a big screen with the video of the ride playing would be cool too. Or have a Rocket Jet strap some chains to it and make it a spinning swing to kinda replicate the ride, but on top of my house.

Probably a splash Mountain log or a space mountain car. I would also love to have one of those hives with the bees going around it from Splash. I'd use it to scare off my friends and other people who bug me. It would also be nice to chase people away from my house in a Mr. Toad car.:icon_lol:

I want to take the Indiana Jones Jungle Jeep home and add a new real engine, remove the hydrahics systems. Add real headlight bulbs, remove some of the warning signs and the hand rails. Because all of them are dirty. Of course add a real steering wheel and gas pedal, brake, 1930's style car radio. Real gas bar, like a real jeep. But no repainting.

This I actually have and I will continue to do it....

I bring home the sounds of Disneyland. My cousin and I started doing this YEARS ago. We would take a tape recorder and record things like the opening lines of the train speech, the queue spiels for Matterhorn, Big Thunder, etc. I have PRICELESS memories. I remember going back and finding out that the voices for a lot had been changed a few years ago. I have the voice from the train, the voice from Big Thunder. It's great cause these bring FLOODS of memories from my childhood. All these voices I remember from years gone by that are no longer at the park. It's awesome.

But something I don't have that I want.... the Cheshire Cat on the side of AIW and the dwarves' train car with all the shiny jewels in it from the Electric Parade. AHH I love that parade...none will ever top it!
