Is there an option somewhere to change the color in which the font displays while you're typing the message? It comes up as black on purple right now, which can be kinda difficult to read.

What browser are you using? The following colors in are effect:
Standard Editor: Black on White background
WYSIWYG Editor: Light purple on dark purple
Which editor are you using?
This is a dumb question, but are the forums 100% width for you? If not, you may need to physically LOG OUT and log back in for the new style colors to take effect.

Yup, I'm at 100% width. I'm using the WYSIWYG editor, using the latest version of Mozilla Firefox.

I'm guessing some kind of compatibility problem with Firefox. Let me see what I can do.
