I'm having problems listening to the new 50 years of imaginearing audio. I click on "click here for sound" (I've tried it on both the 56k and broadband side) and it turns into the play pause and stop icon, but after that, nothing happens! I tried pressing play after the icon showed up, but still... nothing! I'm so bummed! I was reallly looking forward to listening to these! Please Help!!!

First, do you have Broadband or 56k? There are two categories. If you have 56k you should choose audio from the 56k column. If you have DSL or Cable modem, then Broadband should work find. There is usually a short delay before the audio begins to play.

What kind of operating system do you have? The 50 Years page should be compatible with Mac or PC and most browsers.

Perhaps I should clarify that this is in reference to the '50 Years' page at http://visionsfantastic.com/50/index.html

The Live365 broadcast does not have a Broadband feature.

The fact that you got the button to work and the play/stop buttons to appear means you can support Flash. Here's some troubleshooting tips:

1. First, are your speakers connected, turned on, enabled and unmuted? (Test them with another program).

2. Turn off any anti-virus or firewall software you have running.

3. Check to see if you are running behind a firewall. (some home routers have built in firewalls, a most business computers are connected thru a firewall). If this is the case, you may not be able to listen to '50 years' and we suggest listening to our Live365 broadcast if you're able to.

4. Try a different browser (Internet Explorer works best).
