it is the 1910 census when Walt was 8 - look for 'Disney' on the page. A census lists the head of household, wife and children plus anyone else living in that house.

It is a census report for the area and state that walt lived in in that year. Once a year the governmant takes a poll of how many people are living in the country and their ages, nationality, how many people in the family. It helps show how big a population is and how fast or slow it is growing in all areas, and I am sure it helps out with economical issues such as poverty levels in certain areas or where families are finding the best places to live. I am sure there is more to it but that is pretty much what it is.
