Download help

I had no problem downloading video before the update on VF, but with the new format I can't figure out how to download! Help! And please speak slowly and in English so I can understand =)

I should leave this question for others to answer but here you go. When you get to where you are going, 'left' click on the castle graphic and the box will pop up asking you to open, save, etc. the file. Just save it to your computer as usual and watch it after it downloads. Don't 'right' click on the image itself or that is all you will save to your computer.
