Redesigned of Brer Fox out of Disneyland?

Is it true that Brer Fox was meet and greeting at Disneyland and it was redesigned? Did anyone seen him this week?

Why would they redesign a character who will be seen in a new-to-the-US DVD soon?

how soon is Song Of The South coming out? I want to get the real DVD...i have it in a not so...ehhh.... "authorized" way on a data disc so i can watch it on my computer but not my DVD player.

oh yeah...and it might be just like....an update, like how all the characters have gotten throughthe years....for example, mickey mouse on opening day....and mickey mouse today...big difference....but hes still mickey mouse.

A NEW BRER FOX!?! Yes!! I really want to see him out again, along with brer rabbit and brer bear. I wonder if they got redesigned too.

True, but Mickey Mouse didn't change suddenly at one time. He gradually progressed to the mouse we know today, so it's not the same sort of change.

There has not been an announced release (let alone a release date) for Walt Disney's groundbreaking "Song Of The South". It is still in Moratorium.

This thread is moving over to The Rumor Mill. We don't know if Brer Fox was actually out in the park greeting guests, and we don't know if he has changed.

Well, don't look at me! I just found out at Laughingplace.com. Well, let's hope he might come back at Disneyland.

well, someone has seen him out and disneyland, as they posted on Laughingplace.com.
someone there under that same thread posted a pic of the new Brer Fox over from Walt Disney World.
so it is likely that he may have been out at disneyland.

I hope we can see more of him and the other two. I have only seen Brer bear and fox once in my life and never seen brer rabbit except in the parade but that doesnt really count. I sure hope Disney puts out more not so popular characters.

Ive seen Brer Bear quite a bit, but I have never seen Brer Fox or Rabbit, so I really hope that they bring them out alot more than they do now, if their out at all now...

brer fox wuz a meet and greet character, they took him out thokuz of the racist issue with song of the south, and the reet that said wen is song of the south coming out on dvd?, dum, D-U-M DUM, seriously its a RACIST MOVIE, i saw it, and jeez chri, brer rabbit and the music wuz the best part, its about some whinny little brat that hears storys after he moves to his grandmas house and they show slaves being happy which is SO wrong, and then his dad leaves so ya and then uncle Remus teaches him stories and then at the end he kind of is like the Uncle Remus in training, its really bad, i highly advise NOT watching it, its really racist and i felt really bad after i watched it so.........

A couple of weeks ago I saw brer bear and brer fox walking around the exit of Splash Mountain. I wanted to go see them but my friend was too ancious to get another fastpass.

I've been Brer Fox several times (not this new version) and people LOVE to see him out with Brer Bear! He's one of the most fun characters to do!
