I keep noticing that everyone talks about a Matt, who is he?

Matt Ouimet, the newest Pres of operations at Disneyland. His name is such a big deal because from day one on the job, he noticed things weren't good at status quo, i.e. the park conditions had gotten really bad and other park presidents were more concerned about turning it into a big Disney Store and not much else. Needless to say, many people think Matt is the closest thing to Walt in the park in a really long time, but truly, only time will tell....
Nothing like a lot of expectations to live up to, huh?
