RCT3 mulhulland madness??

I relized while playing roller coaster tycoon 3 yesterday, that the pre built wild mouse ride named, "Flying Duchman Gold Mine", is the EXCACT same track layout as California Adventure's Mulhulland Madness!
I would like to post pictures but I am confused with the new corner cafe and gallery.

I've been researching and I found that there is a place called Walibi World with a flying duchman gold mine wild mouse ride with the same exact layout as mulholland madness as well. Does anyone know why this is?

More than likely the company that designed the ride sold it to both parks. Unless the company had an exclusive contract with a park for a certain type of ride.
