Ive decided that since disney seems to like its partnership with Oriental Land Co. that if i had the resources i would definately try and strike up a deal with disney to open a central us park... I just think it would be cool. Something completely different, yet vaguely familiar. NOT another "Disneyland" park, as these wannabe clones are getting obnoxious. But something with a different appealing theme to it. I dunno.
And to promote this park, id do like they did in NYC when the Main Street Electrical parade retired from disneyland and was used to promote Hercules. That was really cool, and people around here would poo themselves at the site of a real parade... that alone would get the loyal local draw from here that DLR has from southern california.
Anyone else ever thought of this kind of pipe dream?
