I've posted a new update!
Not much going on at the park this past week, but there's shots of the Sub Lagoon, the new VMK kiosk area, and even some shots inside "World Of Disney"!

Thanks for the update, the Sword In The Stone wallpaper looks very nice on my desktop. I have to add just how much of a sap I am. Just as I was looking at the photos with the military being reunited with their family. I just happened to have the beginning of the "Remember...Dreams Come True" mp3 playing...bad idea, my eyes are still incredibly watery!

Good as always, daddyb. Though I rather like the horse, for some reason i couldn't stop looking at those wonderful shots of both the "glinting" sword in the stone and the military homecoming.

I've fixed the links to download those other desktops, if you want to have the picture of the horse as a desktop, it should work now.

Boy, do I wish I was there for that parade... ah well.

Great shots there, daddyb. Too bad you didn't get a lot this time. I would also have been really sad if my 3.2 megapixel Kodak CX7300 gets damaged. I would have been sadder if it was a DX series camera.

I'm off to the camera repair shop tomorrow afternoon. I am hoping they can do a quick and easy fix while I wait. I was told that sometimes just opening the case to a camera can take an hour or more depending on the manufacturer, they sometimes solder the boards right to the camera body, so taking it apart is a real hassle.

I'm hoping it won't be that way with my Oly.

<sob>

My camera will be in the shop for at least a week and a half just to get the estimate...

Anyone got a digital I can borrow?
(kidding)

My old Oly is just plain dead. It turns on, but it gives an "F" error message. Perhaps Electro shock therapy???

I may purchase a cheap digital camera of 3-5megapixels at Sam's just to have as a backup and let my wife use it when she takes the kids places. It would be nice to have a 10x zoom for those times when Disney sticks the crowds a couple hundred feet from the "in crowd" like on May 5th.

sigh.

That's a definite drag. 10 days just to get an estimate. OUCH!

How are we going to survive without your Monday morning updates?
