Ok i though of something really funny since the movie versions of POTC have been added to the ride what if they took the haunted mansion movie and put Eddie Murphy in the haunted mansion! can you imagine i would truly hate Disney if they did that but it would be so funny to be riding the haunted mansion and then you see Eddie Murphy in the middle of it agggh disgusting!

hahaha i've often thought that myself..how disgusting would that be!!!!
My feeling is that if the Haunted Mansion movie did as amazingly well as Pirates..we'd deffinately be seeing those "oh so fun" movie tie in changes to our beloved mansion.

You never know these days with Disney..they do insane irratable things...just be glad that Jennifer Tilly didn't appear in the crystal ball after the refurb!!!

It will never happen. The movie was a bomb and HM Fans did not like it.
Especialy with the addition of the Constance story it is unlikely any movie tie-ins will ever appear in the Haunted Mansion ride.

You mean besides the fact that Indiana Jones is already in the ride? I think it would be incrediblly fitting to have some Indy characters considering the fact that the ride is based off of a movie, not the other way around.

I know most don't like the movie of HM , but I'm a fan of both. There were obvious errors if you're a purist, but I like to think the film was inspired by the attraction

LMAO! I can picture him in the door scene with all the creaking noises and hearing him just yell, "AAAHHH!!" at random moments.
