Walts EPCOT

Hi, if Walt had have lived long enough to see his EPCOT project created how do you think it would have turned out. Do you think it would have been a sucess and what do you think WDW (in Walts Vision) have turned out like? A resort or city or something else?

I am not sure if he had plans to have an actual living community there, although it's that way right now due to the massive industry that's built itself there.

As far as a community goes, have a quick google session for "Celebration, Florida". It's a community that's situated very close to the parks, and it's pretty expensive. It also appears to have very, very, very active homeowners' association monitoring, in order to keep the community in line with their "values", whatever those are.

I can tell you that I think I would like to have a vacation home there, lol!
