I went to WDW world a few weeks ago and was amazed to see all the characters mouth's moving and eye's blinking during one the shows. (not during the character greetings) It used to be that they just moved their arms and heads. Does anyone know how long they have been so animated? and How do they do that?

This has been like that for a while. The show is called Dream Along with Mickey, which started along with the start of the YOMD. It's a pretty cool show!

They should incorporate the moving eyes and mouth into Fantasmic!

I've seen videos of the show with their mouths moving and I actually enjoyed that. They kinda remind me of the Muppets, how they speak in a puppet-like way.

Doesn't the Muppet Show they used to have at WDW had this technology. If not, then how did they get their mouths to move?

I guess they did have the same technology in the old Muppet show at the Studios. I think that show was called Here Come the Muppets.

I think they should add that to all shows in the parks, not just at WDW, but ALL parks!

One problem, if they put it in fantasmic, it wouldn't been noticed, especially the eye movements, unless the exagerrated it very much.

^But it would be awesome if you see Mickey saying "Some imagination" with his mouth moving. Then that would make my day.

I think that it would be pretty cool having the characters talk in Fantasmic. Especially if WDW gets the makeover that DL's got recently. THAT'S some imagination.
