-When do holiday decorations begin going up usually for Halloween? Christmas?

Christmas?The first week of November.

-What hours does the part usually run, weekdays and weekends in September, October, and November?Usually, it's 9:00-9:00 on weekdays; 9:00-11:00 on Fridays and 9:00-12:00 on Saturdays.
