Depends on your tastes..me I love Chef D' France, I love the look of San Angel Inn with the low lighing and the atmosphere. The only one I can not applaud is Marrakesh. The servers were slow and the food was so-so..everywhere else I have gone has been decent enough to return. San Angel needs a reservation I know the new restaurant in Italy needs one and Chefs D France needs one, especially with the new dining plan. But all are worth it

Marrakesh? Really? I browsed a few restaurant review sites and Marrakesh was one of the better restaurants at Epcot... (and we were planning on eating our "big" meal there).. hmm...

it all depends on when you go who you get as a server and what you like for food..to me and the missus, Marrakesh the servers were not very friendly at all and the food took almost half an hour to get to us was cold when it finally did and the flavor was so-so. You could go and have a great meal, so dont let my opinion change your plans. When we go San Angel has decent food and the atmosphere is great, and we have never had a bad meal at Le Cellier. Im not really sure whats on the dining plan and whats not as I never use and and am not a fan of it in the slightest.
