Envy ? He wasn't able to fulfill his own dreams, and he was jealous of Cornelius' success.

Wrath - He was just an angry person. He turned all evil over one little incident (I don't want to give anything away, but I hope you guys know what incident I'm talking about.) He devoted the rest of his life to distroying Cornelius' life. I guess that also falls under the category of envy.

I agree with Envy. He was a sweet little kid until he didn't catch the baseball to win the big game, then he became so envious of Louis that he spent the rest of his life trying to destroy Louis--instead of focusing on making his own life better.
