Hey everyone,

I am going to Disneyworld this Christmas Season from what I think is December 23rd to January 4th. I haven't been to DisneyWorld since October 2002 so I haven't been on many of the big rides that were not either open, or I was too scared (Dinosaur, Expedition Everest, Rock n Roller Coaster, Tower of Terror, etc..).

I am planning on going to all of the parks (No waterparks, sorry) and maybe even spending a day or two at Universal/Islands of Adventure. If any of you people have tips on what days and times to visit the park and what to do during this very fun (and CROWDED) season, please post.

I haven't been to DisneyWorld for a few years although I have been to Disneyland a few times in that strech so if you have any tips or info on what I should do while I am at the parks, please tell me.

Thanks and I am VERY! excited to make this trip to WDW.

During the Christmas season, avoid Magic Kingdom on weekends. All of those "big rides" that have opened since October 2002 are majorly popular. My best advice, for all of the theme parks, is to get to the park early, preferably before opening. Hit all of the popular attractions before the lines get long. If you don't get to the park at opening, the best time to see the big rides is during parades and in the hour before closing.

Stay at your hotel on New Year's Eve. That is the single most crowded day of the entire year!!!! They jam people through the turn styles until there is not a free square inch in any of the parks. Then 1/1 is the best. Get up early while everyone still has hangovers and you have the parks to yourself!

When you go to the Kilimanjaro Safari ask for Molly, she's my sister and loves working there!

Okay,

I had a feeling that New Year's Eve would be the most crowded although I think we are still going to a park today although I highly doubt that it would be Magic Kingdom since I know that is probaly going to be the most crowded park (It is the place where the magic started).

When I think about it, no one really has the hugest desire to go to Magic Kingdom for more than a day since I have done the majority of the rides there besides maybe Splash Mountain and some of the smaller rides but my mom and dad really want to go to EPCOT and me and my brother want to go on the "big rides" at MGM and Animal Kingdom. We will be going to Magic Kingdom, we just won't be spending the most time there, that might be the park we go to on New Years Day.

Anyways, thanks for all of the advice everyone!
