Kim Possible will be returning soon to EPCOT. A permit was filed for WS improvements for Kim.

Another example of how Epcots theme is being eroded by shameless marketing.

What exactly is Kim Possible Adventures? I have not been to WDW since 2000, so I am pretty behind on what all is going on at WDW. Thanks

Kim Possible Adventures is a fun interactive game for kids to play at Epcot where the kids are given a Kimmunicatorand help Kim and company stop her nemesis Dr Dracken (sp). The kids are given clues to locations thruout the World Showcase which help the kids track him down and get the kids familiar with the different countries. Kinda like Where in the World (Showcase) is Carmen Sandiego I guess.

Whoa! That sounds cool, do you get to keep the communicator? That would be cool. Interesting concept of a ride or attraction they got there.;)

As far as I know they are just loaners you give back after you complete the mission. I have seen others use them, it looks pretty cool, like you are actually talking to Wade from KP. I think its kinda a kewl addition/replacement for the passport program they have been running. Check out this link for info

Thanks so much LoehnWolf, I really apperciate the link. I read the info, its sounds really interesting. But one thing I was unclear about was, do they charge your use of the communicator to your room? That was a little unclear to me. But other than that, it seems cool. Thanks again

A quote from the team at Walt Disney Trivia "At this point we had to agree to the terms of the game, which basically were that we give back the Kimmunicator they were lending us before 6 p.m. in one piece, or they would charge my credit card $299.00. There was no fee to play the game, but they did take down my credit card information just in case. "

Oh okay, that makes sense. But wait, so why did they need your room info, basically like you said if you lost it. They can find you...

The only thing I can think of with the room thing is that they want to make sure you are a resort guest? Since I personally have not done it yet I cant speak for others, but I believe its just to see if you are staying at a Disney resort.

So if you are staying like lets say a neighboring hotel, most likely you would not be able to particapate(sorry, about spelling). I am sorry, I am asking so many questions its just, I am very curious about this.

I believe so. I think because when you stay at a Disney Resort, they have your information on record and if by some chance you fail to return it they can either add it to your bill or at least have some record of how to find you. If you can you could call
407-WDW-TOUR and ask them for more information.

I agree with HMF. Yes it dose sound like fun for kids. But the whole idea really dosen't sound like it fits in with Epcot.

At first I thought, "Oh, no". But reading the concept really is cool. It makes more sense than the old Barbie's World show...LOL

heck im a grown up and from what Ive read I wouldnt mind trying it. You walk thru these lands and see what appear to be ordinary objects but they transform with you have a Kimmunication to real hints and puzzles and things. Sign me up!! LOL
