The only thing I do while on Toontown is work on my suits. I'm a level 10 Mr. Hollywood on Sell. Bean Counter level 4 on Cash and Double Talker level 3 on Lawbot. My brother plays too so I help him when he plays.

I was a Holly lvl 30+ ish.... if I remember correctly.. No it was 25...the merits are REALLY ANNOYING. Then probably a robber baron low level and some low level lawbot...

I go with the Cold Callers Guild over on ToontownCentral so I rarely loose against any of the bosses. I don't find merits to annoying because I just find a district with an invasion and I do a factory and I can get 700 something with just that factory.

^But invasions don't happen so often...and factories used to give A LOT of merits before some stupid update....

That's why I quit....not worth my time.

Yes you can call invasions and also when you are in a full district there is nearly a constant invasion.
