White Glove Pins Question

My Grandmother is going with my cousins to WDW and I wanted her to pick up a few pins for me.
My question is...are the white glove "Remember When" pins available to the general public or are they only sold to the White Glove Treatment guests? Or are they still doing the White Glove Treatment thing?

The White Glove Treatment refers to a program where if you paid for your hotel package at WDW with either Visa or Mastercard (I cant remember which), you received a few little free things. One time we got a fanny pack, luggage tag, a Spaceship Earth box thing, and a lanyard with a few pins on it. Since these Remember When pins are of a "White Glove" collection, I was wondering if they are only obtainable through this program or if anyone can purchase them. They may not even be connected with this program at all.
