Can anyone tell me more about these "puppets"? I was eating a cup of noodles a bit ago and drank some Ice Tea out of a Mcdonald's Epcot glass and it talked about some of the huge puppets at Epcot. I would like to know what show or attraction the puppets were used in and if they're still around. Post pictures if you can please. Thanks!

I know that Epcot at some point had a Cirque-like troup of acrobats and puppeteers that performed in front of the fountain and I know that Tapestry of Nations had large puppets for lack of a better term, but neither is currently in use anymore

Those are the Tapestry of Dreams (http://www.allears.net/tp/ep/e_dreams.htm) and Tapestry of Nations (http://www.allears.net/tp/ep/mil_tn.htm) (that LoehnWolf mentioned) puppets.

^ Yup!
Tapestry of Nations ran from 1999-2001
Tapestry of Dreams ran from 2001-2003
Here are some of my pictures of the Tapestry of Dreams parade from 2002. Sorry, I had to scan them in.

I think it was mainly just about the power of dreaming...or something like that. I believe the message was about dreams are special and that they can come true...something about unlocking your dreams.
I honestly cant remember, I only saw it two times.
I remember something though from the beginning with childrens voice overs and them saying what they dream about.
I really liked the giant drum wheel float though. I posted a pic of it above. Hmm...and now I play drums.

I believe that Tapestry of nations was about the Journey of mankind. I believe at one point there was a narration that went along with both parades. There is all kinds of info here:

n 2001 the parade became Tapestry of Dreams. Wishes from children around the world were heard throughout the parade's soundtrack. The middle of the parade had a tribute to Walt Disney, "...the greatest and most wonderful dreamer of all!". In this version, the Sage of Time was replaced with the Dreamseekers, a trio of elf like characters that would open and close the parade and collect Dreamtale coins that children would receive at the Epcot Kidcot stations.
The Puppets included:
* Reverse Marionette, a large multicolored puppet with a little marionette being held in its arms.
* Disc Man, a large character with discs within the body and dreadlocks. This was the heaviest and tallest of all the puppets.
* Hammer Man, a humanoid character made of pieces of sheet metal.
* The Sprite, a winged character with a peacock-like tail, which was not necessarily a puppet.
* Angel Girl, a feminine figure with a massive wingspan and human face.
* Wiggle Girl, similar to Angel Girl, but had a smaller wingspan and lacked a face, also had movement in the hips.
* Bird Man, with a large wingspan and a crane-like face. This puppet was the hardest to control.
* Aztec Man, with an Aztec-style head, small wingspan and several flaps at its end, similar to kite tails.
