How do you build buildings? I don't get how to build them higher than 1 floor. Do you have to raise the ground a level to make the building taller than lower the ground when finished?

You might want to build it first, then build the buildings after that.

yes like DisneyFanatic13 states build your Roller coaster first then cover it up much easer than building and rebuilding the same building to cover up or new and improving roller coaster. good luck on it

Yes it is. It's really annoying if you rebuild it and deleting it again and again.
