How do you use lasers or spotlights with colors in RCT3? How can I program them to work at certain times during a fireworks show?

You move them around in the timeline. I don't have a lot of info from you so that's about all I can say right now.

What I meant is how do you get lasers/spotlights? (What do you click to get them?) Is it in the list of different types of fireworks?

You get the ability to use fountains and lasers when you have Soaked! and Wild!. Sorry to say but if you don't have them, you can't use lasers or water fountains. If you want to use them buy the expansion packs.

Can I just buy one of the expansion packs and get those effects? I'm planning to buy Soaked! only.

If you get it at Wal-Mart, it's probably over $20.
