One of the biggest tourism events of the year starts in Orlando today, with the launch of Gay Days festivities. Orlando's Gay Days Celebration is comprised of multiple events, including parties and visits to theme parks on designated days.
Gay Days began in 1991 as a single day when the lesbian, bi-sexual and gay community and friends were encouraged to "Wear Red and Be Seen" while visiting the Magic Kingdom.
Gay Days coincides with the first Saturday of June, when participants will visit the Magic Kingdom en masse. Details at www.gaydays.com
