does your computer meet all the requirements needed to play the game?look on the bottom of the box(it's in a whit box on the bottom) to see what your computer needs to play the game.

Can you give us a more details? Not opening at all, exiting unexpectedly, etc.?

Small details can cause something like this. So if you don't have whatever you need installed, try to find it and install it.
