I'd say use both, they both don't be in the final park (you can pick which you want to be) but we can include both videos when we set up the gallery of all the project videos.

^Well that'd be three there, A new one, RSM, and 77 lol, also i think when we do the videos, we should actually upload them to the site, so they can play in media player, not youtube and google video. That probably will require buying a website that can handle that, and we may as well get a domain while we're at it. Godaddy.com has very cheap sites, and the price includes registering a domain, but we gotta wait unitl we get at least 3/4 of the projects done.

Yes, the rides, everything is made in RCT3. Only a few things will be made outside for altered outside of the game. (Maybe some chroma keying/editing were needed.)

^ I know you both know how to use it, but i mean lots of ppl here don't, as for getting things delivered how do you plan to do that? Also Im sorta rember that we did split up recording, its just been like a year since we've talked about that. Also what is that program called? Vegas came with DVD Architect and its a pretty good program, as for the download i meant actually uploading the files to a server, and having people burn it at home, we could find a burning program that has a trial or something. Most programs have project files so we can save the video as a project file and people could burn there own DVD, of course anyone who contributed to this project could download free, and ppl who didn't would have to pay a small fee, becuase if we get a server we kinda need money to keep it afloat.

We are working on it still none of us have had much time. I've been working on my sites and don't know about ryguy he hasn't been on much. But it is being worked on. The new forums are up and running though.

^Yea, i've been really busy with finals and school crap like that, BIG suggestion though to everyone, no there isn't an exact due date, but it'd be nice if it was done before next summer, and with school you don't get much time, im gonna go into overhaul mode with my projects this summer, so i can get it done, because rember we still have to film it all so if you don't finish until the end of next summer it'll probably be 3-4 years from now, i'll be in college by then! But take your time, if you have a huge project, like Jungle cruise then don't worry about a due date, but if you have small projects, then you should maybe do those first and get them outta the way. Ok so...

As for ICS, all of our webpages our finished, there is a minor color issue with them, it bothers me but i don't think anyone else will care. I wanted the site to be done a few weeks into summer, or earlier. The problem is we need more content!!! For ICS we had planned to showcase great rides, parks, shows, CS, and right now were shooting for just rides and shows. We have 1 show, (moon dance which is kinda outdated but still good) two rides that aren't mine, and i think 5-6 that are mine. And im not just going to take ppl's stuff, even though i could, its just not a good thing to do, also there are copyright issues. I've been looking for some good rides and unfortuantly there aren't too many that have caught my eye, of course i just check the latest posts in the rides section. Below are rides that we have permission for, if you know an amazing ride thats not there then tell me and i'll see what i can do!

^AS long as you have a waterfall!!! Doesn't matter if it goes underneath, to take video all you have to do is push Ctrl + Shift + F11 and it starts. The frame rate slows way down, what it does is take like an ingame screen shot, so for every frame its like taking in ingame screen shot. And it takes about a second or two to move onto the next one, so don't worry the video will come out normal. To stop hit the same combination. And im not even gonna start with FCR its a bit more complicated, so if you want one of us to do the queue, you can do that. Or you can read this

you mean the whole ride, or just the falls? If I could just learn how to do it, it would be fine, but I would be happy to let any one else take the ride, if they think they could do a better job (this will be my first "effort ride" as they call it)

Actually, we will film all the projects when they are done, so sorry to say any video you make now won't be included in the final project. So the clip is fine now but when I get the park file we will film it, edit it, and upload it to the Disneyland Group Project site. This will help me keep things more organized.

Ok well R6, depending on how good the quality of the video clip comes out, should depend on if we use it or not. Besides you have vegas so you can just Trim it out. I think we can just flash everyone's logos at the end, and have there name in a credit roll to which ride they did. But it will save you a ton of time to just let each person record there own, unless it comes out very sloppy, or they don't have a good enough internet connection to send such a big file. And orginizing would be easy, just make folders, say a DLR project folder, inside there a Fantasyland folder then just throw that video in there.

You have a fun tour? Anyway, using there clip slipped my mind. That will come in handy, but I was going to credit them in the video. Also, my dad got Adobe After Effects for a low price from a guy at his work and it's AMAZING. You do nearly everything you can think of - I found my new favorite video editor.

I have already setup folders on my computer for the project so that's taken care of.

Oh and Ryan, you'll be glad to know I went to Buffalo Wild Wings for the first time to other day. ;)

As for recording we just need to make sure its good quality if not one of us can do the recording. I would elaborate on this but its kinda hard to type on a Wii. And i did have a good trip r6 :]

Thanks, do you really think I should tackle the project? I guess I could practice over the summer...Since DF59 already has a version, should we use that one? Like I said, I am not very good with theming.

By the way, for ICS, If you still want more rides, I made two sweet racing woodies, called "Zeus and Hades" I wanted to name it somethig diffrent, since there is already a Hades coaster in the world, but I could not think of any other ever-dueling things.

The one I dubbed Hadeshas an extra loop, I was planning for them to be the same thing but mirrored, but then I was too close to the park walls, so I had to do something diffrent, the end about half a second off from each other.

I was not aware that there was a Zeus coaster there, but I knew that the name Hades was taken, but I could not think of anything.

Edit: I looked into it and looks as if it's a problem with the server. I'll have to talk to the host and see if I can get it fixed.

I got a new computer. If you know computers, it has an 8800GTS in it and the game looks insane!

So I guess I should start working on some stuff now.

We are filming them all separately if we put it all together the lag would be outrageous we would have to borrow a NASA computer to run it all.

Next, in the game, when it is night, it lags, a lot. If we were to make it one big park, it would run VERY slow, so slow, that even a NASA computer would not be able to do it

I Kinda sorta started this project, and then got bored with it and handed it over to Reillysix, idk how were gonna record it, but this is how i was going to. He may do it the same way or maybe he won't. The way i wanted to do it was your walking into Disneyland through the front gates, and along Mainstreet, then go to one of the lands. Say we went into TL we'd go past Star tours and then we'd play the clip of Star Tours, we get off walk over to BLAB and then play that clip, then Space Mountain, Etc, when I say walking we will use the Flying Camera Route, its basicly a camera that fly's a route that you set, the camera can go anywhere and you can record it. So it'll seem just like walking. When somebody makes a ride, we planned to have them record it, to save us time in Recording the "walking" scenes. My plan was we were gonna rent a server to host all of this stuff for download, for like
5 bux to download all the video, or download DVD files to burn your own DVD, now R6 has been talking about just making DVD's and mailing them to people but idk how well thats gonna work. So thats how i was gonna do this, but its not my choice anymore. But i imagine it will be somewhere around those lines.

I doubt we would get in trouble as long as we made it, we can charge for it, but I don't think we will charge for it most likely only put Google Ads on it. Anyway, the list maybe down for the next few days I'm going to be moving the list and group site onto my new server.

Edit 2: I forgot that VF will be moving servers aswell so most likely the list will be ready before VF is done moving, so don't worry about the list.

Well i was gonna charge just so we could pay for the site, if we have these videos in high res which i hope they will be, there going to be pretty big, and IDK where we would be able to host, thats why i said that. I'm not going to get a FreeWebs. Real web hosting is not that expensive, just a few days ago I bought Reillysix.com for only 40 bucks year and that included 5GB server 250GB bandwidth.

The Disneyland Group Project will be on a subdomain of Reillysix.com until we get far enough in because the bandwidth on my site won't be enough to hold all of the downloads considering that I will be having 3 different site on Reillysix.com. Once we get far enough to where there videos, I will buy a new server with more bandwidth to hold and control the amount of downloads just for the group project.

P.S. Boomer, are you still going to do Aladdin: The Ride?

and about the Aladdin ride thing, somehow my computer's hard drive broke and I never backed up the files... I lost everything from every project I ever did. However, if I can get onto my OLD OLD desktop computer, there are some earlier files still on that one I believe... but as of now, its canceled, sorry... :(

too bad too... I was like halfway finished with it... I suppose I COULD just start over, but why bother... it will take me a long time just to find the notes about the design that I wrote down...
