This new attraction at Disney MGM Studios will be located on Sunset Boulevard of Disney MGM Studios where this grand old cinema, "The Caramia Cinema" had it's glory in the 1930s on to the present. It was the only theater known to only show horror films. That all changed 50 years ago when an evil creature was spotted in the cinema causing deaths of thousands.
Now it's up to you to brave the Caramia.
You enter the theater all alone where you travel through the halls to check for ghosts or maybe even a creature. Will you brave "Hollywood Horror Theater?"
What do y'all thunks?

What will it be? A thrill ride like Tower of Teror, or a thrill ride like Revenge of the Mummy, or just a dark ride?

To answer both questions
it'll be a walk through where you use flashlights to find ghosts & maybe even the creature if you're lucky.

The creature is unknown. If you get a chance to spot it you'll see a scaly tail or hear dog-like breathing so it'll be probably along the lines of a dragon of some sort.

I think a dark rollercoaster ride would be better. Have some of those robot type figures (Like the yeti in Expedition Everest).

Make the whole thing in a movie theater type atmosphere.

A walk through ride would be deemed to scary.

Maybe something like the Haunted Mansion or Space Mountain.

maybe it could be a laser ride, except with flashlights, and whenever you point your flashlight to a ghost, or the "creature", you could earn points or make your vehicle spin!

You know what would be cool. Maybe, at night, the Great Movie Ride could turn Into the Hollywood Horror Theatre or something. Not a walkthrough, though. way too scary. Definately has to be a thrill ride.

Fine. It'll be like Roger Rabbit Cartoon Spin where if you reach ghosts, it'll spin all on it's own.

Wait. I've been thinking, what if it were a stage show?

Musical? Just call it Disney's Phantom of the Opera. No offense, but a stage version of this would just sound like a bad Disney ripoff of Phantom, though the ride would be well recived, in my opinion. Interesting idea for Disney's planned hard ticket event which would take place during Halloween time at MGM, since the event would be gerred towards those looking for a good scare.

I meant that it would be a show where a ghost named, Matches shows everyone the most popular monsters in the horror film genres. But when the light go out, the "creature" is up to his evil plans & it's up to you to stop him. It's not a broadway musical. It's like any other stage show in the resort. It would involve audience participation.

I think a dark ride/ roller coster would be awesome.

It seems like the only theme to fit this is the original walk-through theme. I don't want it to be an interactive dark ride because Toy Story mainia is going in MGM.

I personally think this is too scary for Disney. I wouldn't go on it, but I'm a wimp. I get scared in the HM elevator.

I vote either a Walk-thru or a dark ride/ rollercoaster for this. Either way this sounds fun and scary!
