No this is not a guy breaking his neck thankfully. I was at WDW in december and i went to go see lights motors action. I do not know if this has happened before but the end scene when the car comes out of the building, the doors did not open there was no chase after the movie, leading up to it, anyway, the hero car broke through the doors and before the car made it down the ramp the big end explosion went off. I have seen the show before and i know that was not supposed to happen. And when i said the car went through it he destroyed the doors. It was really weird. Has this happened any other time.
