The old radio was against copyright laws so they had to change it. It won't be making a comeback.

Regarding the station, we no longer are able to offer a 'on demand' station because of copyright laws. Also, to check the status of your Warn Levels, simply click on the percentage below your username in a posting to get status on what you've been warned for.

How is that against copyright?

Because being able to pick whatever songs you want to listen to whenever you want is basically the same as illegally downloading music

Yes, what Kaira basically stated. You can run an internet radio station but there are limits to what you can legally do. Giving control of the content to the listener is not allowed, nor can playlists be posted of upcoming material, etc. How, may you ask, can places like Myspace and such allow this kind of content? Because they have agreements and contracts with the recording industry that allows them to do this and they pay out royalty fees. VF, on the other hand, does not. We are very limited as to what we can offer online legally.
