Does anyone know how the Disney Magical Express is? Such as...
cleanliness
efficiency
accuracy (did all the luggage get to your resort?)
plus... other info!
Lastly, is it worth using Disney Magical Express, or just rent a car?

Used it for our Feb. '06 trip and were very, very happy with it.
Cleanliness: No problem there. Bus was spotless, driver neatly dressed, CM's courteous and helpful etc.
Efficiency: For us, (two adults, two children under 10) it was waaaaay more efficient time-wise than renting a car.
Accuracy: The only very minor issue was one of our bags was delivered to our room late. Weird, considering all the other bags made it on the same bus we rode on, but no biggie really.
Other info: If the service is still offered, even if it costs money in the future, will definitely do it again for our planned 2009 trip. I think one intangible that isn't often talked about, is that you get some of that "Disney Magic" before even setting foot in the park, which is kind of nice. Sort of like getting an appetizer before the main meal.
Let me know if this helps or if you have other questions.

^ same thing for us, but we got our bags on time. our driver was the best one we could have got. I think his name was Fredrick. if you see him, say hi for me! and it is WAY better then renting a car!

It should be noted that this service is for on-property guests only. If you're staying off-property and/or plan to visit other sites in the Orlando or surrounding area in FL during your trip, then Disney's Magical Express is not for you.

I used it in January this year and loved it! Just the mere fact that this was a Disney bus made me happy. It's clean, quite efficient and pretty much right on time. I had no problems with my luggage as I expected it to take many hours to arrive (and it did several hours.)
You are so happy to see the shiny silver Disney Magical Express when you arrive in Orlando, but so sad to see it at your hotel when it picks you up to take you back to the airport. I was holding back tears upon boarding the Disney Magical Express to go home.

My husband and I also used it. We weren't sure what to expect, since it was complimentary, but it was fantastic. Very efficient and well planned out. The bus was pure luxury (well, compared to coach airline seats!), and they played a video during the drive to the resort. They held our carry-on bags at the hotel since we arrived before our room was ready, and we hopped off to a park for a while. When we got back to the hotel, our luggage and our carry-on bags were right there.
They make it completely painless to get there and get back, we never had to touch a car until we got back home, unless Test Track counts. ;)
