I just received my initial DVDs from joining the Disney Movie Club! When I signed up, I chose the first 5 volumes of Zorro Season 1. Each DVD has 8 episodes on it (in the colorized version, but hey, at least it's on DVD!).
I've spent the majority of today watching the first two DVDs. It's so good to see my long lost friend "Zorro" again (since Disney Channel sold out to kiddies only!).

Everytime I look for them on Ebay they only come in DVD type 2. I need 1 or 0. Where can I find them? He is one of my favorites.

And was filmed right near my house. I loved that show and miss watching it on the Disney Channel at night. I have to go get that now.

As I understand it....the only way to get Zorro on DVD for USA is through the Disney Movie Club.

And since I plan to buy at least three more Disney DVDs before the end of this year, I should have my "contract" fulfilled really fast!

Do they charge anything to join the club?
The club isn't a bad deal.
To join, you buy 3 DVDs at $2.00 (free shipping.) You agree to buy 5 more at regular price within the next year. Typical price is $20. Also, when you sign up you can buy the first DVD of your commitment for $15 and thus lowering your requirement to purchase 4 DVDs.
I have done the math and you end up paying about $13.50 per DVD:
You buy the initial 3 for $6
You buy the specal for $15
You buy the 4 required DVDs at the same time $80
Shipping on those 4 will be $7
That comes to $108 divided by 8 DVDs and the total price per DVD $13.50
If you purchase your contractual 4 one at a time over the year you end up paying more for shipping but your end cost is about $14.63 per DVD.
Either way you look at it it is not a bad deal considering you spend about $15 to $20 per DVD in the store. And it is even better if you can get DVDs otherwise not available in stores (ie Zorro)

EXACTLY! And since Cars, Pirates 2, and "And Now Your Host Walt Disney" (Disney Treasures) are all coming out before Christmas, how easy is that to fulfill the contract? I figure I'm going to be buying them anyway, why not try to get a good deal on top of it?
