Star Trek Radio

I'm taking a poll to see if anyone enjoys the Star Trek Radio I've put up once or twice. You can read the choices above and make your selection as to where you're at with it. I'm going to use this as an indicator of if I should put it on again or not.

Please do not make a selection based on if you like Star Trek or not. This is a poll specifically regarding my Star Trek Radio that I've put on a few times now.

Also questions & comments regarding Star Trek Radio are welcomed here.

I loved Star Trek Radio! I have been a "Trekkie" since i was 3 years old so anything Star Trek is cool!

My vote is theme park stuff...but throw in a spattering to keep us guessing, what with the halloween theme. You know, like one piece every 6 or 7 songs?

^ I thought about that, but then I thought that would just greatly confuse people. One minute you're singing like the birdies sing & the next you're hearing something you have no idea what it is like the ending credits theme from Star Trek Generations.

I wanted to include ALL of the Trek music, not just the recognizeable Original Series theme or the somewhat less recognizeable TNG theme. Playing them in the context of Star Trek Radio makes sense because if people are curious, they first know its Trek-related, and they'll just go on the front page and read the scroll.

The thought of playing something like Haunted Mansion and then the next song be Vic Fontaine's "It's Only a Paper Moon" would just be really weird.

I would love to vote on this Matt, but I hardly listen to the radio. I am mostly listening to ITunes and my vast library. So to be fair I won't vote. Not that I am opposed to it. Although Star Trek was never one of my many choices to select from for my viewing leisure.

That was me! IMO, Star Trek Radio goes good with the Star Trek Halloween theme for this month.

Well 10/15 votes were on the 'no' end of the spectrum so unless there's a personal request made for a theme from any Trek movie or TV, it will not be put back on VF Radio.
