View Full Version : i have a custom scenery problem..help!

i have cistom scenery installed but when i click on some custom scenery in the game my whole game freezes up on me! whats wrong? please help me if you can:frown:

Does it exit and say "No Sid: for :Siv" or something like that?

Look at the thread called, "No:svd for:sid" (http://www.visionsfantastic.com/forum/showthread.php?t=10949), look at my tutorial and see if it solves the problem.

also if u get a zipped file u must extract what is inside

^ True Dat! They won't show up on the menu if the folder is zipped.

That's what I said they won't show up on the menu if they are zipped. And I still don't know if he is getting the no svd thing yet.

If your saying about my problem, then yea, it's fixed. My only problem is on DRP's stuff (Tubes, Lights, ect.)

alright guys its still not working but its okay. i just started a new project called Prehistoric Thrill. i know how to take screens Crtl + print screen but, where do the pics go? i would like to put pics up of it and than a video so someone help me with the pics, the rest i can do on my own thanks,

Yum... you do not need to press control when you hit Prnt Scr... secondly when you use that you have to go on paint or something and paste the screen to save... thirdly, for RCT3 screens you need to hit F10 or F9 I forgot. LOL. They will save into your 'My Picture/RCT3' folder.

This why:
Sometimes the computer has trouble uncompressing files with such large stuff. The data gets somewhat "modified" or tiny bit "corrupt". This can't effect a movie or a txt file, but the ovl files are delicate and can't be messed with. I re-install the set and it works on some of them.
