If someone has a question about WDW they can post a thread in the appropriate forum and have the topic easily recognized by everyone and get a variety of responses from people who see the question and wish to address it.

Unless you have something specific to discuss, please don't start topics. It just doesn't make much sense to begin a topic that has no subject. These would include things like:

"Hey, if anyone has a question, post it here".

That's not really a topic of discussion and is more akin to flooding.
