Think RDCT without the E-ticket homages. It's rather underwhelming when RDCT is what you're used to.

i loved it, and we watched it about half the nights we were there. the gratest part were the red flares that went up during the fantasia music. i have not sen RDCT yet, but i still loved wishes.

Wishes does have a magical moment towards the end of it I like that sets it a little apart from Remember. Remember has so much more going for it that they're just 2 completely different shows that aren't really comparable, not to mention one came out a lot earlier than the other so it's not really fair(though it's disney's fault the comparisons occur because they borrowed the music).

Personally I'm still a bigger fan of Believe

Most definenitely. A lot of the RDCT stuff is borrowed from WDW that and On the Its a Small World projections they use a lot of the bubble sequence from WDWs Fantasmic. So Imagineers recycle old ideas.:wink:

WHOA. I've never been to WDW nor have I ever seen Wishes, so I looked up on YouTube and... WHOA. RDCT took the intro song. Holy cow. It's weird not hearing Julie Andrews' voice in the intro.

I'm waiting for it to download so that I can watch the whole thing. :D

Wishes is good....but Remember Dreams Come True is not only longer, but more emotional.

After watching it, I feel like RDCT has a greater "WOW" factor. The show is much more intense--a lot more dialog, music, and LOTS of fireworks. No doubt this is due to the fact that RDCT is a little more than a year old whereas Wishes has been around for much longer longer. It just felt like Wishes was fireworks with music playing the background. RDCT was more of an emotional story.

It's not really fair to compare the two since one is a lot older. Plus RDCT was made for the celebration.

I've seen both Wishes & RDCT and I think that Wishes it's really emotional, RDCT is also emotional but although Remember is longer and has better narration the Wishes finale has more fireworks so it's a bigger wow effect to end the night, and when Wishes first came it was really impressive the difference between Fantasy in the Sky with the new show, so it's not fair to say that RDCT is better than Wishes, the circunstances are different that means we can really tell wich is better than the other, but Believe was better than both of them it was really magical and used better fireworks, now imagine if Believe had used the projections that RDCT is using that would have been awsome

I loved RDCT from the start cause...

1. I can see anytime I want (As long they don't cancel lol)
2. It's a lot longer and has the "3d' effect if you know what i mean
3. Wishes? I don't even remember watching it when we really did! Maybe I was too tired...

Don't forget that Wishes was meant for all the Magic Kingdom style parks. They just felt that Disneyland deserved more than a copy, a version unique only to Disneyland. This is why we got Remember...Dreams Come True, so be thankful we only share the same audio with Wishes, rather than the whole show.

The only difference in fireworks I've seen are the "cubes" and "flares" for POTC.

Wishes is not that bad. Its only been here for a few years. Sure its not RDCT but I am happy with it.

I loved it :D I saw it two times when i went there, and it was lovely :) I liked the ending alot :D
