I read a while back that Pixar was thinking of a Tron movie. Did that die? I would love to see a new Tron movie CGI or Live action.

I thought the Tron story was fabulous and the special effects were, well, special for their time. But the "glow" got in the way of the acting and I would love to see what they could do with the story now that the techno effects are so advanced. I would like to see more of a Roger Rabbit model, with live actors in an animated environment or a Star Wars model with live actors in a CGI environment (as opposed to a Shrek or Toy Story all CGI film).

The idea of a second Tron movie was tossed around, but never made. They did however instead turn it into a PC game. Tron 2.0, which was an awsome game. Also featuring the voice of the original guy that played Tron (which wasn't Jeff Bridges as he was Flynn).

Hmm, I never seen Tron myself. Maybe I should look around for it.

For Roger Rabbit, as great as his movie was(Love that movie), we most likely wont get another sequel or any animated shorts from him anymore.. After Who Framed Roger Rabbit?, They began working on it's sequel and other shorts, but production was all canceled due to problems between Disney and Spielburg, since they both own rights over R. Rabbit and friends, they couldn't come to any agreement.

Yeah, that's him. Thanks Ned. I wish they would make a new movie. I loved Tron. I have to buy a new copy cause mine is burnt wrong. The file on it is corrupt or something. It just goes all digital not even half way through. it pixelates everything to the point of no clarity.

yea i just recently watched Tron, i like it! if anyone has not seen it and dont know where to watch it. i watched the entire thing on youtube lol. pretty good quality like really good :)


on a side note......i cant wait for Halloween my costume is da bomb! im wearing some of it right now....thats how much i want to wear it :icon_twis ty mom.

If you haven't watched it yet, I suggest watching the making of Tron on the DVD. Very cool how they made it.
