Any type of physical (simple) battery, that is ongoing, combined with verbal threats (assault & battery), that are ongoing, should be reported. A Civil Harrassment Restraining Order (CHO in California) might be appropriate.

I'm teased for being thorough with my work. I'm teased for being dedicated to "Show" -- the look around campus. I'm teased for being dedicated to wanting to know what is happening that affects the Student Body. As a senior leader of the Student Body Council (with additional Prefecture duties of advising the Junior Class [yuck]), I am also ocassionally belittled by other Council members because of my dedication and work ethic.

I have been compiling a report and investigation which lists my grievances, which I might send on to the School Student-run Newspaper.
