Uhh what? Last I checked that's right about at the entrance... :P So this means either a) they remembered to include the monorail entrance(doubt it). b) They limited it to people buying tickets and so she became the 2 billionth at the ticket counter (probably) or c) The whole thing was staged and pre-determined before today even happened (maybe) d) They just grabbed her from the esplanade or downtown disney because she was a random little girl and said Hey you're the 2 billionth! Come into the park with us! (also maybe).

While walking from the Main event to them riding the Matternhorn for a photo op, I overheard the father laugh and say, I was wondering how we were going to get everything done in the park today. They had no knowledge of being chosen until pulled out of line.
