I thought about just having stairs, but like Matt said, that wouldn't even be a possibility being at Disneyland.

The only underground pass I've ever seen is one at Silverwood Theme Park in Idaho, that connects the parking lot to the park entrance. Crime isn't really an issue there, but I can imagine it being more of a problem in Anaheim. Although, maybe Disney could have a couple of security guards posted in and around the tunnel.

The problem with the one in Idaho is that it basically feels like you're walking in a sewer. I would hope if Disney ever decided to build one, they would attempt to make it pleasing to the eye.
