If they built a simple pedestrian bridge that was maybe 8 -12 feet wide and caged in, that wouldn't be to bad. They wouldn't have to have elevators and escalators because there would still be a crosswalk. This would just alleviate some of the foot traffic in the cross walk.

I think it's a pretty good idea.
