I keep thinking of the Pedestrian Bridges in Las Vegas & trying to imagine that on Harbor Blvd & I just can't. There's so much sidewalk space on Las Vegas Blvd and its cross streets & even more space in the corners of the intersections that they can accomodate whatever they need. Harbor Blvd is pretty much the 180 degree opposite. Especially that area where Harbor & Disney Way intersect at the entrance to Timon.

If it wasn't Disneyland, you could have a small bridge built with stairs-only access, but that won't fly at all in this case.
