Mods: I wasn't sure where to put this, so please move it if necessary.

I was thinking about the hotels around the Disneyland Resort and the one crosswalk on Harbor that crosses into the Disneyland Resort entrance. I think it would be nice if they built a pedestrian bridge in that place. In my experience, there's always been a ton of people just waiting to be able to cross there. A bridge would provide a continous flow of people into the resort.

Is there a law or something that would prevent that? Or is it just a situation where it isn't on the top of Disney's or the City of Anaheim's list?
