If your looking up a homemade recipe than it is not an official Dole Whip. Real Dole Whips are not dairy and contain no milk products and is the main thing that distinguishes it from pineapple ice cream. All you do is add water to the mix and it can only be made in a soft serve machine (it has all the sugar in the mix). There are many homemade recipes out there but they are not from the Dole company. Like I said Precision Foods is the main distributor. If you don't believe what I am saying (or the pictures, or the links) on your next visit to DL look over the counter and you will see the buckets for yourself.
