I am sorry but I am not sure where you got your information from but I buy Dole Whip mix directly from Precision Foods (the manufacturer) of Pineapple Dole Mix and I doubled checked the nutritional facts and they do not match yours at all. Then again I am wrong too. The facts on Dole Whips is they have only 5 calories from fat. The box they come in says non-fat but I guess they really are not (can we say false advertising). The mix comes in big buckets and they make about a hundred servings. There are 80 calories per 1/2 cup size (the size you get at DL) and only has 6% vitamin C (I got got a different product in my head).
