For Clarification: These "NSA" passes are most commonly known as Re-Ads, meaning readmissions. They are given out when you are on a ride that breaks down. On January Nineth, I was on California Screamin' when it broke down, and I got a Re-Ad. The Re-Ads let you go up any Fastpass Return line with a party maximum of five people. If your party is larger than five, the CM handing out the Re-Ads will give you another one.
The reason why you cannot use it on Space Mountain is because it has the longest line. When I got mine, Space Mountain and Monsters Inc. was voided.

I am sorry to inform you, but you need not the "Triple A" deal to use FastPasses after the given time. The time frame is merely to help you know what time would be best to go on it. Yes, we all know that you cannot go on before the first time given on the FastPass has passes, but you
can go on the attraction any time after the first time given.
